LONDON: Europe's main stock markets fell at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's FTSE 100 index losing 0.11 percent to 5,832.03 points.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 shed 0.60 percent to 6,940.61 points and in Paris the CAC 40 slid 0.45 percent to 3,392.10.
