Governor Sindh felicitates winners in Senate election

KARACHI: Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat- ul- Ebad Khan, has felicitated those who emerged as winners in the Senate election on Friday.

In a statement here, he said that with the continuation of the democratic process there would be stability in the country.

Dr. Ishrat pointed out that the successful holding of the Senate election indicates that the democratic process in Pakistan is continuing without any interruption and that it would continue to be so in future as well.

He expressed the hope that the Senators-elect would utilise best of their abilities for the betterment of the country and the welfare of the people.
