DUBAI: England captain Stuart Broad won the toss and sent Pakistan in to bat in the first of three Twenty20 internationals at Dubai Stadium here on Thursday.
Pakistan made three changes from the line-up wich lost the fourth one-day here on Tuesday, bringing in opener Awaiz Zia, paceman Umar Gul and allrounder Hammad Azam. They replaced Azhar Ali, Abdul Rehman and Adnan Akmal.
England, who won the four-match one-day series 4-0, brought in Jonny Bairstow and Ravi Bopara in place of Alastair Cook and Tim Bresnan.
