Provincial Minister for Information Nasir Hussain Shah appears optimistic to attract foreign investments through exhibitions being organized on real estate sector. Speaking at an inaugural of Zameen Expo 2018 being held at Expo centre, Karachi here, he lauded the efforts of Pakistan's first and largest real estate classified website 'Zameen.com' for organizing expo on real estate sector, hoping that these types of expos would attract foreign investments in the country.
He said that Sindh government has been striving for the revival of Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) and added that development work on Malir Expressway and others were being carried out at great pace. He also lambasted the local government for showing feckless attitude and failure in putting KMC and water board in order.
Meanwhile, Zeeshan Ali Khan CEO Zameen.com said that these expos stimulate a healthy market competition, encourage customer-centric approach, speed-up access to local property market and enable better marketplace organization nationwide.
He also announced to organize Zameen Expos at Lahore (February 10-11) and Islamabad (March 3-4), saying that these expos would continue to boost and connect economic activity among local real estate agents all over Pakistan.
Needless to mention, the exhibitors offer properties from a wide selection of cities including Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Lahore, Karachi, Gwadar and more. Around 50 thousand visitors are being expected to visit this two-day event.
