Polio teams asked to ensure 100 percent immunization

Deputy Commissioner, Malakand Salman Khan Lodhi has stressed upon the Polio teams to achieve 100 percent area coverage during the campaign from 15-18 January 2018 in District Malakand adding that no laxity on part of any official would be tolerated in this regard.
He was presiding over a meeting regarding third polio campaign at his office Friday. Besides, Additional Deputy Commissioner Malakand, Muhammad Naeem Khan, AC Batkhela, Khurum Pervez, AC Dargai, Muhammad Arif Khan, heads of various concerned national building departments were also present.
The meeting was informed a target of 137791 has been set aside during this campaign for which 432 teams have been nominated. The DC directed that every team must prepared computerized list having names and house numbers of the covered children. He was of the view that validation of zero dose children should be done through TTM in the field while we should also focus on teams training and monitoring as well.
