Pakistan Freedom Movement (PFM) Chairman Haroon Khawaja has congratulated the newly-elected president of the United States of America for a historic election victory that translated the desire for change by the American people. Khawaja said that Trump has demonstrated his ability and success in the business world throughout his life. With this victory, the world of politics is likely to get a new direction that the USA and the world are desirous of, he added.
Haroon said while Trump starts to focus on re-energising the US economy, its effects will be positively felt around the world. The simmering conflicts in the world need the leadership of the USA to be addressed to make this planet a peaceful place.
