Barry's booked berth in main final while Learning Alliance qualified for subsidiary final of the Fresher Juice Polo Cup 2016. On the fourth day of the tournament on Friday, the matches were conducted in two phases here at the Lahore Polo Club (LPC) ground.
The first phase saw losing teams of the league round in Pool-B clashing against each other and Learning Alliance was the team which won both of its matches and qualified for the subsidiary final. First they defeated Dascon Construction by 4-2 and then they outpaced Black Horse Paints by 6-1. In the third match, Dascon Construction beat Black Horse Paints 5-31/2.
In the second phase where the winning teams of league rounds in Pool-B played against each other to qualify for the main final. The situation was very interesting in the second phase as all the teams won one and lost one match each but better goal average helped Barry's qualify for the final. In the first match, Diamond Paints beat Barry's by 3-2. Then Barry's bounced back and outlasted Pebble Breakers by 3-1 while in the third and final match of the day, Pebble Breakers outclassed Diamond Paints by 3-0.
