TOKYO: Kansai Electric Power Co said it manually shut the 400-megawatt gas-fired No.3 unit at its Sakaiko plant in western Japan earlier on Monday after an unplanned trouble.
Japan's No.2 utility has no schedule for the unit's restart, a company spokesman said.
