President greets 50 couples on marriage organised by Upleta Memon Association

KARACHI: A mass marriage of 50 couples was organised here on Sunday at the YMCA by the Upleta Memon Association and Welfare Trust.

An official said that Commissioner Karachi Roshan Ali Shaikh attended the ceremony on behalf of President Asif Ali Zardari.

He also announced that the President will bear all the expenses of the ceremony.

The Commissioner extended greetings and felicitations to the marrying couples and distributed gifts among them on behalf of the President.
