CNG stations to close for 24 hours from Saturday morning

KARACHI: All the CNG stations in Sindh including Karachi will remain closed for 24 hours from 9 am on Saturday (January 28) till 9 am on Sunday (January 29, 2012).

According to an announcement of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) here Thursday, this step is being taken by the gas utility to improve the line pack position all over its franchise area, which has been badly disturbed due to increased domestic gas load during the current winter season, SSGC said.

SSGC said it was taking all actions to ensure uninterrupted gas supply and a stable pressure.
