ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted five single and two division benches to hear a number of cases during next week starting from Monday (January 23).
Five single benches include Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi, Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Muhammad Azim Khan Afridi.
The first division bench (DB) comprises Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Muhammad Azim Khan Afridi and the second bench includes Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui.
All the benches will resume hearing over 300 cases during the next week. However, the bench comprising Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman would not be able to work in the next week due to the proceedings of Commission constituted by the Supreme Court on Memo issue.
