WARSAW: Poland's finance ministry expects core inflation, excluding food and energy, of 0.5 percent in May, down from 0.6 percent in April, it said on Wednesday.
The statistics office had earlier said that Poland's CPI in May stood at 1.7 percent.
The finance ministry said it expects CPI at 1.7 percent in the second quarter of 2018, compared with 1.5 percent in the first quarter.
