MUZAFFARABAD: At-least 40 students of a medical college from Punjab Sunday went missing when a hanging bridge on a river near Kutin area of Neelum Valley collapsed due to overweight, local administration said.
An official told by phone that three bodies and six persons had been recovered alive so for while more than 20 students had gone missing.
Students from Faisalabad Medical College were on a tour of Neelum valley when they gathered at a pedestrian bridge in Kutin, some 190 kilometers of here, it collapsed down due to overweight.
A control room had been established at Muzaffarabad to deal with the tragedy, the official added.
