The accused persons - Abdul Razzaq Memon, M. Ramzan Zia Bhatti, M. Javaid Awan, Shahid Aziz, Khawaja Manzoor Ahmed and others were allegedly involved in corrupt practices and misuse of authority.

The management committee sold/allotted commercial plots in violation of bye-laws of the society which state that commercial plots will be auctioned.

During the inquiry, it was revealed that 10 commercial plots were sold out during tenure of former management through corruption and corrupt practices. In these particular cases, no auction of commercial plots was carried out.
