Agri dept advised to make efforts for achieving set crops targets      

KHANEWAL: The Agriculture Department should utilise all available resources to achieve the set targets for production of different crops.

This was stated by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Revenue Manzoor Khan Chandiya, while presiding over a joint meeting of district sub committee task force and district coordination committee.

He asked officers of the Agriculture Department to take steps for creating awareness among farmers at village level about modern techniques of farming for better production.

He said that farmers should contact the Agriculture Department and Revenue officers in case of any difficulty.
