CM Shehbaz meets Governor Punjab

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif called on Governor Punjab Muhammad Rafique Rajwana at Governor's House here Thursday.

Matters of mutual interest as well as political situation came under discussion during the meeting.

Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif while talking on this occasion said that rapid completion of various development projects in the province as well as in the southern Punjab were creating ease of life for the people and allocation of 42 percent development budget for the southern Punjab was the hallmark of PML-N.

He said, visible improvements were being stated in every walk of life including education, health and agriculture sectors.

Governor Punjab Rafique Rajwana said development projects of Punjab had become worth following example for others. Punjab has made tremendous development during the last decade. He said construction and restoration of roads in rural areas had opened the horizon of prosperity for the cultivators.

Chief minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif also inquired after the health of Malik Muhammad Asif Rajwana, son of Governor Punjab Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana. He prayed for his early recovery and expressed good wishes for him.
