WARSAW: Poland's central budget posted a surplus of 3.1 billion zlotys ($905.29 million) in the first three months of the year, the finance ministry said on Monday.
The ministry said in a statement that value-added tax (VAT) revenues in the first quarter of 2018 were similar to the same period last year.
