Nawaz Sharif effectively resolves problem of loadshedding, economy, terrorism: Mushahidullah
ISLAMABAD: Senator Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Mushahidullah Khan Friday said that Nawaz Sharif after coming into power in 2013 elections had made efforts for resolving the problems of loadshedding, economy and terrorism.
During the four year period of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, the country was progressing in every field, he said while talking to a private news channel.
The PML-N government under the dynamic leadership of Nawaz Sharif launched many projects including metro bus service, motorways, power plants through China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects, besides controlling the dollar rate in the country.
The GDP growth rate was improving due to prudent policies of present government, he added.
Nawaz Sharif had to leave the premiership after the court orders on having Iqama, he said. After the disqualification of former prime minister, there were many challenges emerged in the country, he added.
To a question about rift in the party, he said Pakistan Muslim League-N was fully united under the flag of Nawaz Sharif.
To another question regarding PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi meeting with Chief Justice, he said there was no harm to have dialogue with any head of national institution.
