DUBAI: The lowest offer put forward at Egypt's state wheat purchasing tender was $217 a tonne, free-on-board (FOB), Cairo-based traders said on Thursday.
The offer was made by GTCS for 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat, they said.
The General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) is reviewing the offers and is due to issue a result later on Thursday.
