Pakistan's tour of Zimbabwe under threat

Pakistan tour of Zimbabwe may not get the green signal after the resurface of financial issues in Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC).
"Finances may not allow the [Pakistan] series to go ahead because we don't get a lot from our TV contract and the series ends up - the production costs result in huge losses," said Faisal Hasnain, ZC's managing director, quoted ESPNcricinfo.
"Given our current cash situation, in order to balance our books, we may actually have to either renegotiate the format or we may have to postpone it until such time as we are ready to play," Hasnain added.
Pakistan are schedule to visit Zimbabwe in July 2018, for an all-format tour. As per reports, Pakistan cricket team is supposed to play two Tests, three One Day Internationals and two T20Is during the tour.
Meanwhile, Pakistan cricket is busy with the upcoming third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), the country’s premier T20 tournament, scheduled to begin on February 22.
