SAO PAULO/BRASILIA: Brazilian port operator Prumo Logistica SA's controlling shareholder has offered to buy out shareholders for 11.50 reais ($3.56) per share, a securities exchange filing showed on Wednesday.
The offer, made by a company owned by controlling shareholder EIG Global Energy Partners LLC in a bid to delist Prumo, is valid from February 7 to March 9.
