OnePlus is celebrating Valentine’s Day by launching special phone

To celebrate this year's Valentine’s Day, OnePlus has decided to launch a special hot red colored phone that you can gift to your loved one.

OnePlus unveiled a Lava Red version of its recently launched OnePlus 5T. Everything about the phone is, however, the same from the inside as the original one as just the color has been altered to celebrate the love-centric day coming up on February 14.

The device will go on sale starting today (February 6) and those who pre-order the limited edition device before February 9 will be offered free priority shipping with a cost price of USD $559. The Lava Red version of the phone will only be available until the supply lasts and will then go out of stock, according to Android Headlines.

OnePlus launches special Star Wars edition smartphone

The device has a prominent pinkish shade to it that shifts when the light hits the phone’s surface. Though the ceramic fingerprint reader matches the color to the aluminum rear shell, it still manages to stand out a little. The phone also features 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, reported The Verge.

Moreover, OnePlus is not the only company trying to make your Valentine’s Day special, Huawei too launched a lush red Honor 7X for the special day.
