Boiler explodes at Pemra deputy director's house

A boiler exploded with a 'big bang' in a house located in sector G-6/3 in the jurisdiction of Aabpra Police Station on Friday however, no loss of life is reported. Police said that boiler exploded inside the house of Pemra Deputy Director Jahanzeb. The cause of explosion was not immediately clear and it could be only ascertained after complete investigation, they said.
The explosion caused panic in the area as smoke cloud could be seen from far off areas. Heavy contingent of police reached the spot. Soon after the incident police cordoned off the area as well as ambulances and fire-fighter rushed to the spot.
