INTEL ISEF National Science Fair: Commecs College wins best Biology award

Commecs College Karachi clinched the best category award in Biology at INTEL ISEF National Science Fair, 2012 organised in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) in Islamabad from January 23 to 26.
The Biology project named 'Production of biodegradable plastic from biopolymers comprising of hairs, nails and feathers' presented by Syed John Nazir Zaidi won the best category award at the fair. The Chemistry project 'To compare the adsorption process of dyes on adsorbent" was selected for further research by AIOU.-PR
