Unfair fringe benefits: medical staff continues protest

Medical and para medical staff of Social Security Hospitals being run under the Labour welfare department continue their protest on the 8th consecutive day on Saturday. They were protesting against the unfair fringe benefits and demanding uniform facilities and allowances.
They demanded immediate release of Professional Health allowance. The doctors of five Social Security Hospitals, dispensaries of the district staged a protest demonstration in favour of their demands. On the call of Social Security Doctors Association Punjab, doctors of five Social Security Dispensaries of Multan district including Khawaja Fareed Social Security Hospital also observed strike and boycotted the outdoor and indoor services.
