A citizen was injured by unidentified dacoits and deprived of Rs 600,000 cash here on Tuesday. According to police, Javed Iqbal Niazi, resident of Chak L-16/136 was going home in his car after withdrawing Rs 600,000 from a bank. Three motorcyclists intercepted him and snatched the cash. The outlaws fired gunshots on getting resistance, injuring Niazi critically. The injured man was shifted to THQ hospital Mian Channu and police registered case.
