The Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association (PCGA) has demanded of the government to implement the commitment made by Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani regarding procurement of cotton through Trading Corporation of Pakistan to save the growers, as well as ginners, from the exploitation of textile sector which was purchasing cotton at the lowest rates taking advantage of being single buyer.
