Teli moves SHC against KESC

The leader of Businessmen Group Siraj Kassam Teli has filed a suit against KESC and requested the honourable High Court of Sindh for an injunction, stopping the KESC from personal victimisation and taking coercive measures.
A statement issued on Wednesday said that the KESC took away CTs from the factory of Teli on 16th December, 2011 without assigning any reasons and complaints and disconnecting its electric supply besides sending notices and people to disconnect electricity meter at Teli's residence without any reason. KESC is victimising and harassing Teli for raising voice for the business community against loadshedding in all industrial zones of Karachi.-PR
