An eleven-year old child servant was allegedly tortured to death by the owners of the residence. Police official told Business Recorder that Ali Shah s/o Ghulam Shabir was found dead in the drawing room of Mudasir Abbas situated in sector G-13 of the federal capital. According to the employer, Ali Shah has committed suicide; however father of the deceased registered an FIR against Mudasir under 302 in Golra Police station.
The police have arrested the couple Mudasir Abbas and Atia accused of the alleged torture. The family of the victim alleged that the eleven-year-old child was suffocated by the couple. The post-mortem of the deceased has been conducted and the body has been handed over to the family. Protest was also held by the victim's family outside Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) hospital in order to bring the culprits to justice.
