The Met Office on Saturday forecast mainly dry/cold weather is expected in most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. In the daily weather summary, the office said "continental air prevailing over most parts of the country". It said foggy/misty conditions are likely to prevail over some plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sukkur division during the period.
"Weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country," it said, adding that the lowest temperature was recorded -10 degree centigrade in Skardu, -09 degree centigrade in Parachinar, -8, degree centigrade in Hunza and Astore each, - 7 degree centigrade in Kalat and Kalam each, -6 degree centigrade in Gupis and Quetta each and 0 5 degree centigrade in Gilgit in the last 24 hours.
