An Additional District & Sessions Judge here Friday sought comments from SHO Race Course by November 30 in a petition seeking registration of case against former Chief Minister, Dost Muhammad Khosa for killing his former wife Sapna, a stage actress.
The petitioner, Misal Khan, father of Sapna contended that Dost Muhammad Khosa and his seven other henchmen named Sajad Ahmed, Shahir Daood Butt, Muhammad Fahim Amjad, Rana Tanveer, Javed, Yasin and Shahid had kidnapped and latterly killed his daughter.
He implored the court that on June 22 his daughter told him that her husband Khosa told her to come at 12-B Ackmen Road GOR-1. He told the court that Sapna left the house for above-mentioned address but after that they could not meet their daughter. They contacted with Khosa but he did not talk with them but via messaging on phones.
Later, Khosa sent a message to his son stating that if they continued searching his wife Sapna, he will kill all of their family. He implored the court that no one is ready to take action against Khosa as he was a politician and had been former CM.
