Foolproof security plan devised for Muharram: Rana

Law Minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah Khan said his government has devised a foolproof security plan for peace during the sensitive period of Muharram-ul-Harram. Speaking to a delegation of Ulema and religious scholars at his Punjab Assembly chamber on Friday, he highlighted that Muharram peace committees at district level had been directed to hold regular meetings with representatives of all schools of thought in order to maintain peace and promote tolerance.
Punjab Law Minister urged unity, national solidarity and sectarian harmony during the coming days of Muharram. He emphasised that nobody would be allowed to disturb public peace, adding that law would take its course against trouble makers.
