Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, on the recommendations of the High Powered Selection Board (HPSB), on Friday approved the promotion of 22 officers belonging to various services and groups to the post of Federal Secretary (BS-22) and equivalent.
The 22 officers, who have been promoted to BS-22, include two from the Foreign Service of Pakistan, four from Pakistan Audit and Account Service, two from the Police Service of Pakistan and 14 from the Secretariat Group. The officers, who have been promoted to BS-22, are as under:
(Foreign Service of Pakistan) Ms. Attiya Mahmood, Ms. Fauzia M. Sana; (Pakistan Audit and Account Service) Muhammad Junaid, Fahimullah Khattak, Asif Usman Khan, Ghulam Abbas Nakai; (Police Service of Pakistan) Tahir Arif, Zahid Mahmood; (Secretariat Group) Naved Arif, Mumtaz Haider Rizvi, Gul Mohammad Rind, Ch, Mohammad Azam, Sh. Anjam Bashir, Munawar Opel, Saeed Ahmad Alvi, Nadeem Ashraf, Qasim Mohammad Niaz, Taimur Azmat Osman, Shaigan Shareef Malik, Mrs. Nazrat Bashir, Amjad Nazir and Nazir Saeed.
