In recognition of her outstanding efforts for provision of best customer outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd (PTCL), Humaira Riaz was given the 'Top Agent of the Contact Center Award' at the annual dinner gala and awards ceremony of PTCL Contact Center Rawalpindi.
PTCL Outbound Contact Center, Rawalpindi reaches out to customers spread all over Pakistan for conducting telemarketing, feedback and other outreach activities. Humaira Riaz received her award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice-President Commercial, Naveed Saeed (center), who was the chief guest on the occasion.
