MQM's Tahir takes oath as AJK minister

Tahir Khokher, the Parliamentary leader of MQM in AJK Legislative Assembly, on Monday took oath of the office as a minister in the People's Party government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. AJK President Sardar Yaqoob Ahmed Khan administered oath to Tahir Khokher in a ceremony held at Muzaffarabad. The oath-taking ceremony was attended by various AJK ministers, members of the assembly and leaders of AJK chapters of PPP and MQM.
Khokher, it may be added, would represent MQM in the state government being the only minister of his party in the cabinet.
