PML-N leader, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has stressed upon the students to play a vanguard role in war against dengue and eliminate it from houses, muhallahs, bazaars and sports grounds by playing effective role or creating awareness among the citizens about the virus. He said that educated children and teachers could play a decisive role in making their house dengue free.
He expressed these views while delivering special lectures in connection with the awareness campaign against dengue virus by visiting classrooms of male and female students in various schools of Shadbagh. He gave answers to the questions of children on this occasion and advised them to wear full sleeve shirts and socks and completely cover their body.
Hamza Shahbaz told the students that our religion has laid great stress on the cleanliness and the "Holy Prophet (PBUH) has termed it half faith". He said that students have always played an important role for bringing any change in the country, therefore, the nation considers them centre of their hopes. He also distributed pamphlets and anti-dengue kits among the children. He urged upon the male and female teachers to take active part in the campaign against dengue. Later, Hamza Shahbaz visited various muhallahs and streets of Shahbagh and distributed informative booklets.
