Police man killed in firing

QUETTA: A policeman was killed and another sustained wounds in firing by armed men along Sariab road here Saturday. According to details Police men were on routine patrol along Sariab road here today.

Armed men opened fire on them.

A police man Muhammad Alam died instantly and his colleague Shah Nazar was injured seriously. He was shifted to civil hospital for treatment.

Firing caused severe panic in the area. Security forces cordoned the area and started search operation. No arrest was reported yet.
