A place where people can enjoy latest state of art facilities available in any developed country of world. These views were expressed by the Administrator DHA Lahore Brigadier Muhammad Aslam Rana, on the eve of the plot ballot ceremony held on DHA Auditorium.
He was the addressing as chief guest of the event. He presses the computer button for clear and transparent balloting of the residential / commercial plots phase 1 to 9 and DHA Town. Brigadier Muhammad Aslam Rana further said that we have received very huge response from all over the country for this ballot, which is the healthy sign of public trust and confidence in DHA. Before the ballot we have checked / scrutinised all the particulars of the applicants and then entered in the computer. He mentioned that this is indeed proud moment for us, to have successfully completed the plot ballot within very short time.
Brigadier Muhammad Aslam Rana further said that it has been a truly memorable journey so far, today we Mashallah have a strong brand name, sound infrastructure very talented and technical team. Everyone associated with DHA, our valued members and residents, our vendors, our valued community partners, have contributed tremendously to our success and we will Inshallah continue to grow in a sustainable manner. In this balloting 5, 8, 10 Marla, 1 & 2 Kanal of residential and 4, 8 & 10 Marla commercial plots have been included. All the plots have a very lucrative location and all development works have also been completed.
The result of this ballot has been displayed at DHA Notice Board Office Complex 'Y' Block Commercial Phase - III. The result is also available with HBL Bank, Askari Bank and at DHA Website www.dhalahore.org after entering the NADRA Identity Card Number. The down payment of the unsuccessful applicants will be paid back within a month, whereas the allottee of plot will pay their dues within 3 years in easy instalments and got possession after full payment.-PR
