Newly-formed Marta Women Football Club defeated Crystal Women FC by 1-0 in their friendly game here at the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ground on Saturday. Marta Women FC, which recently made its debut in the PFF Inter-Club Championship, struck the lone goal of the show through left-winger Zulfia in the 18th minute.
The closing ceremony was graced by the SAITA Pakistan Private Limited Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pir Zada Ajmal Farooqui and a Japanese business tycoon Janshi. Both the teams were handed over trophies while Crystal Women PC goalie Rakhshanda and the woman-of-the-match Zulfia (Marta Women FC) were given away medals.-PR
