Sabir made Member Oil of Ogra

The government on Monday appointed Sabir Hussain, DG Oil as Member Oil of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), Business Recorder has learnt. According to sources in the Ogra, the Cabinet Division has issued a notification in this regard and Sabir Hussain would soon resume his duties. Sources said the post was vacant for long time.
Sabir Hussain is a highly qualified person with over 30 years of experience at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources. According to Ogra sources his appointment would enhance professionalism among the workers of the authority.
