Archos has unveiled a new version of its 7-inch tablet PC. The new 7c model expands on the previous 7 V2 by offering a multi-touch display that supports gesture control using multiple fingers at the same time. The resolution is 800 x 480 pixels, as before, while the price is up 30 dollars, to about 180 dollars.
Archos is powered by the Android 2.1 (Eclair) operating system. The tablet PC, which hits stores this month, connects to the internet via WLAN.
