Convenor of Anti-Graft caucuses and non-democratic Alliance and MNAs Nawazada Khawaja Mohammad Khan has predicted that the upcoming fiscal budget will be a jugglery of words, saying that federal and provincial governments are engaged in presenting anti-masses budget.
This, he stated while talking to a group of journalists here on Saturday, he said that the government has not focused on major issues by disregarding public mandate, saying that the electricity load shedding, unemployment, and education are the main issues confronting the country.
He said that the PPP-led coalition government has dishonoured its manifesto to provide any sort of relief to the poor masses. He added that rulers are mere wasting time by criticising each other. Khawaja Hoti said that the forthcoming financial budget will bring skyrocketing inflation in the country. The budget could multiply the miseries of the poor people, he added.
He said that the common man is living a distress life in the prevailing situation. He proposed that the government should impose taxes on feudal and capitalist. Hoti said that the progress and development is impossible in the existing system, and the revolution would only be a driving force to bring positive changes in the country. He called upon the government for taking measures in the upcoming fiscal budget to overcome with growing price hike and improve per-capita income in the country. He added that such steps would not only boost up moral of the government, but also minimise trust deficit level of the masses.
