Rivers inflows and outflows

The position of the river inflows/outflows and the reservoir levels on Thursday is as under: River Indus at Tarbela inflows 83,900 cusecs, outflows 51,000 cusecs, river Kabul at Nowshera inflow and outflow 58,000 cusecs, Indus at Chashma inflow 86,000 cusecs, outflow 80,000 cusecs, river Jhelum at Mangla 77,900 cusecs outflow 45,000 cusecs and river Chenab at Marala 44,600 cusecs water.
In Sindh province, 48,500 cusecs water is flowing in Guddu barrage, which is being released downstream in the river. Sukkur barrage is receiving 37,400 cusecs and Kotri barrage 5634 cusecs. Meanwhile Indus River System Authority has stored about 2 MAF water in the three reservoirs, Tarbela 0.4 MAF, Mangla 1.5 MAF and Chashma 0.1 MAF.
