Highnoon Laboratories Limited convened 28th Annual General Meeting at its Registered Office, at Multan Road, Lahore which was chaired by Tausif Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Company. The meeting approved cash dividend at the rate of 25 percent and 10 percent bonus shares for financial year 2010 for its shareholders as was recommended by the Board of Directors.
Tausif Ahmad briefed shareholders about future strategy of the company in view of competitive business environment in the country. He also informed that the management of the company has planned to launch some new products which will not only improve the financial health of the company but will also be a gift on affordable price for general public. He claimed that Highnoon had been working with the passion to serve the nation as is evident from its slogan - Highnoon for a Healthier Nation.
All the participants of the meeting offered fateh for Jawaid Tariq Khan, the founder chairman of the company who lastly breathed on 29th September, 2010. His services for Highnoon, pharmaceutical industry and the nation were highly admired.-PR
