Deputy Inspector General (DIG) National Highway and Motorway Police (NH&MP) North Zone Abbas Hussain Malick distributed commendation certificates along with cash rewards among officers. The certificates and cash rewards were distributed amongst 42 officers of N-5 (North) Zone, who showed extraordinary and marvellous performance during the year-2009. SSP N-5 (North-II) Ali Ahmed Sabir Kiani was also present on the occasion.
The DIG urged the officers to help the users in distress. He added that NH&MP introduced a culture of soft policing and the culture of public environment in the country, which helped a lot to create close relations with the general public. He said the commendation certificates and rewards are distributed to those officers who paid a pivotal role in educating the road users as well as performed their best to introduce soft policing culture in the country. At the end of ceremony, DIG (North) applauded the performance of the officers and distributed certificates and rewards.-PR
