ISE index sheds 27.70 points

Bears continued to stay on the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where losers outclassed gainers under the lead of trend-setters amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 27.70 points, as the Index moved from 2,877.85 to 2,850.15 points. The overall turnover stood at 99,150 shares, as compared to previous turnover of 37,304 shares.
Total 134 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (68) closed in negative territory, 66 landed in plus column. The volume of NIB Bank was 70,000 shares. The volume of Fatima Fertiliser was 10,000 shares. The turnover of Engro Polymer was 5,000 shares.
