A petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court challenging transfer orders of nine employees of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB). The petitioner Deputy Secretary Ghulam Sarwar and others prayed to the court to set aside their transfer orders being illegal and based on political victimisation and with mala fide intention.
