Provincial General Secretary, Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Taj Haider said that his party never practiced politics of confrontation. Taj Haider, who is also Media Co-ordinator of the Sindh government was addressing a press conference at PPP Sindh Media Cell here, according to a statement issued on Sunday.
PPP believes in the policy of reconciliation, he added. He observed that his party suffered many losses in return for pursuing the policy of reconciliation. He said returning to the country was her (Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto's) own strategy.
Taj Haider said no political party has offered more sacrifices for democracy than PPP. Sindh Minister, Rafiq Engineer, Incharge PPP Sindh Media Cell, MPA Sharjeel Memon, President PPP Karachi Division, Najmi Alam and other party leaders were also present on the occasion.
