Police submits challan of Davis case

The Police on Tuesday submitted challan of Raymond Davis case before the District and Sessions Judge Lahore. Police maintained in its 25-page charge sheet that the investigations proved murder charges of two persons, including Faheem and Faizan Haider, against the US national Raymond Davis. "Davis's claim that he had acted in self-defence was not backed by the evidence", said the charge sheet.
The District and Sessions Judge will forward the challan to an additional district and sessions Judge for hearing.
