Surf Excel, Pakistan's most trusted laundry brand, has over the past month been advertising a consumer promotion with a brand new Mercedes to be given to a lucky winner in addition to various other prizes. On 25th January 2011, the lucky draw ceremony was held at the Unilever head office in the presence of the Unilever top management, representatives from Mercedes, media agencies and celebrity guests Omer & Dadi.
Following a brief introduction, chief guest Omer was called on stage to select the winner. Omer had to manoeuvre himself around the huge pile of correct entries before he pulled out the winning entry, which was sent in by Samadur Rehman from Multan Road, Lahore.
Dadi, representatives from Mercedes and Unilever picked out the winners for the remaining gifts.
